Main Prompt (Shared)
This is the main prompt that applies to all 7 assistant roles. It contains the core instructions and behavior guidelines.
Role-Specific Prompts
These prompts are specific to each assistant role and will be appended to the main prompt when that role is selected.
About Role Management
This system comes with 7 predefined assistant roles that cover all educational needs.
You can edit the prompts for each role, but the roles themselves are fixed to maintain system consistency.

Extra Clauses Management (Per Assistant)
Add, edit, or remove extra clauses for each assistant. These clauses will be appended to each assistant's prompt.
Knowledgebase
Upload Knowledge Base File
Upload .txt, .docx, or .pdf files containing constraints, statements, or information you want the bot to use. Text PDFs are ingested directly. Scanned/image PDFs should first go through PDF Converter (OCR), then upload the resulting txt. Files will be processed and stored in the vector database for semantic search during conversations.
Uploaded Files
Files are uploaded to the server. Click "Process" to ingest them into the knowledge base (Pinecone vector database).
PDF Converter
Convert PDF to Text
Upload a PDF file to convert it to text format. The converter supports both text-based PDFs and scanned PDFs (using OCR with Persian/Farsi support). Converted files can be downloaded and then uploaded to the knowledge base.
Conversion Jobs
Track the status of your PDF conversions. Jobs are automatically refreshed every 3 seconds while processing.
